My opinion, The clients you build and keep while you’re in a salon are yours to tell if you leave. On the flip side you should just allow clients to decide what they want to do if stylist leave. No contract at my salon, I don’t want you here if you’re not happy, you deserve to to be happy/healthy and wealthy. Period.
