✨ A New Year, A New Chapter ✨

A new year doesn’t have to mean becoming someone new. Sometimes it simply means giving yourself permission to breathe, reset, and choose joy a little more often.

At Park Place, we believe mental health matters just as much as the moments we celebrate. This year is about connection, laughter, community, and creating experiences that remind you that you’re not alone—and never have to be.

Whether your goal is peace, progress, healing, or just more fun, we’re here to walk alongside you in this next chapter.

Here’s to new beginnings, stronger minds, and brighter days ahead. 💙
Welcome to the Park Place way.

As 2025 comes to a close, let’s take a moment to pause and breathe.
This year wasn’t just about what we accomplished—it was about what we overcame, what we learned, and the moments we celebrated, even when things felt heavy.

Some days required strength we didn’t know we had.
Some lessons stretched us.
Some wins—big or small—reminded us why we keep going.

If you’re ending this year proud, healing, hopeful, or simply still standing… that’s enough. Give yourself grace and credit for making it through.

As we look ahead to 2026, may it bring clarity, peace of mind, growth, joy, and renewed purpose. May we protect our mental health, set healthier boundaries, and choose ourselves more often.

Wishing you a safe New Year’s, and a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2026. 💛✨

Our PSR group enjoyed their annual holiday party, thoughtfully organized by the team and our director. The afternoon was filled with games, dancing, singing, great food from our dietary team, and warm cups of hot cocoa ☕🎄
The holidays can be a joyful time, but they can also be challenging for mental health. Creating moments of connection, laughter, and belonging is so important—and this celebration did just that.
Thanks to the generous donations and continued support of our community, everyone was able to leave with gifts for themselves and even shop for a few special people in their lives. These small acts of kindness go a long way in supporting emotional wellness and reminding our PSR family that they are seen, valued, and never alone.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this holiday season a little brighter 💙✨

💛 After Christmas Check-In 💛

Now that the lights are coming down and the holiday noise is fading, it’s okay if you’re feeling a little off.

For some, Christmas brings joy.
For others, it brings exhaustion, grief, loneliness, or financial stress.
And for many—it’s a mix of everything.

✨ Give yourself permission to rest.
✨ Release the pressure to “bounce back.”
✨ Take a moment to check in with you.

Remember: your worth is not measured by how perfect the holidays were or how productive you are afterward. Healing, regrouping, and starting again are all valid.

If today feels heavy, you’re not alone—and support is always available. 🤍
Park Place is here for you, after the holidays and all year long.

✨🎄 Happy Holidays from Park Place 🎄✨

This season reminds us to slow down, breathe, and extend grace—to others and to ourselves. While the holidays can be filled with joy and celebration, we also recognize they can be challenging for many.

At Park Place, we believe mental health matters every day. If this season feels heavy, know that you are not alone. It’s okay to rest, to feel, to set boundaries, and to ask for support.

May the holidays bring moments of peace, comfort, and hope—no matter how you choose to spend them.

From our Park Place family to yours, we wish you Happy Holidays, gentle hearts, and a season filled with compassion, understanding, and care. ❤️✨

The Park Place team had some fun this week rocking our holiday pajamas for Spirit Week 🎄🧦

Because self-care sometimes looks like cozy PJs, laughter with coworkers, and giving ourselves permission to slow down. A relaxed team is a recharged team—and mental health matters, especially during the holidays.

Comfort, connection, and good vibes all around 💚
