It’s been a busy couple of weeks with travelers from Brazil training with us here in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym. I am told that we have the “most famous gym” in Brazil by many of our travelers who have seen their top athletes from and training with us here

From our own local brother to and to and to we have had the pleasure to work with most of the top athletes and travelers alike!

It has been an amazing and exciting morning here in the 2026 NPC National Women’s workshop reconnecting with our tribe of athletes traveling to Florida for this annual event

Make sure to stop by the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym booth and say hello to Zara and and check out the gear and learn about the gym

This is our first event for the launch of our “Armor of God” line of apparel so come check it out and “answer the call”!

First encountered STRIVE equipment at the Gold’s Gym in Roseville, CA just outside Sacramento in the Early 2000’s

I would drive an extra hour from SFO to go train arms in Sac to use this amazing STRIVE plate loaded preacher curl

I thought to myself to then “If I had access to this particular piece regularly, I would tear both biceps off the bone. I can generate silly amounts of torque on this piece and that translated to significant biceps growth. Proceed with caution though!

So blessed to have a great selection of STRIVE and not Prime which bought Strive’s patents and markets similar pieces currently. I’ll take the better steel and better angles of the Strive 100 times out of 100

Fortunate to have the key pieces from Strive here in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym

Can’t beat the bicep, leg extension and leg curl and the abdominal is pretty useful as well
