Another “Pinch Me” moment here in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym with three world champions in one shot

Vince is here training himself and clients 4-5 days each week. Come grab a session with Olympia and Arnold Classic bodybuilding champion and grab a picture with his Sandow and Arnold trophies

Dimi won the in 2025 and is the former American deadlift record holder and former world record single dumbbell overhead press holder. Dimi trains here and trains clients for power and strongman here in the gym

And, welcome first time visitor Jen was a pioneer in women’s fitness in the NPC and IFBB and rose to the highest levels as a champion of both the Olympia stage and the Arnold Classic, then called the Ms. Fitness International

Excited to see what’s next for Jen and the IFBB sounds like some big plans getting started! Great to have you train with us today!

If you told 20 year old me ( ) that great champions of our era would come together under the same roof in our Kissimmee Muscle Gym, I probably would have brushed it aside as pipe dreams

The FLEX Hamtractor gets a lot of use and more than its fair share of accolades here in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym and rightly so! It’s a great hamstring piece!

Still, every time I use the BodyMasters seated hamstring curl designed and built in the same golden era, I am surprised by how much I enjoy the piece and by how sore I become from using it!

I am past the point where hypertrophy is my number 1 pursuit and thus, DOMS, (delayed onset muscle soreness) is a great marker for my of how effective my training was

Mechanically very different and admittedly the BodyMasters piece has a bit of a learning curve to navigate to become proficient in its use. For me, the Hamtractor has a bigger stretch and I feel the squeeze outer and close to the knee in the biceps femoris whereas I feel the BodyMasters right down the middle in the Semitendinosus

Both great pieces and bothe here in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym along with 7 other different great hamstring pieces!

Been running into Shaun around the competitive bodybuilding circuit a couple of times each year for many years now and today we ran into each other here in The World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym

Shaun was making the most of his last minute weather related travel changes by dropping in for a productive leg session

It has been fun watching this kid grow these last several years and I can’t help but feel that this is the year he pulls it all together to come out on top

These friendships across time are one of my favorite parts of our Bodybuilding community!

Great to have back up here to train with us this weekend in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym from his home in Palm Bay, FL where he owns

Leg day and a new challenge here in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym:

How many different pieces of the more than 85 total leg pieces can I use in a single session. Today it was just 18 of them…

Flex OG 45 degree leg press

BodyMasters curved seat linear leg press

reloaded bilateral 35 degree linear leg press unlocked

BodyMasters straight back linear leg press

Icarian OG linear leg press

Cybex OG Linear leg press

Cybex squat press

BodyMasters PS 300 V squat

OG Icarian vertical squat

Icarian V squat

Also did hamstring sets with the following: Nautilus gen 1 prone leg curl, BodyMasters seated leg curl, Flex Hamtractor, Nebula prone leg curl, Cybex OG kneeling leg curl, Arsenal Strength standing leg curl, Hammer Strength Seated leg curl and Hammer Strength prone leg curl

Did not make it to any of the Hack Squats, hip presses, pendulum or swing squats, vertical leg press machine presses, leg extensions or glute specific pieces because I ran out of gas!
