Feels good to have some weights start moving again, at least on the first few exercises. Just 1 week remaining as a 55 year old bodybuilder

Hammer Strength ISO low row 3 plates x 8

Hammer Strength ISO Row 3 plates x 8

FLEX Leverage row 2 plates x 8

Rack deadlift well below knee, 1 plate x 10 must be careful here. I can still pull really heavy weights but I shouldn’t…yet

Barbell shrug 1 plate x 8 first time pain free in my neck in years

Great Blood and Guts back training session today with Arnold Amateur Brazil Bodybuilding champion Gustavo still just 19 years old and a hard working big kid from Brazil

Total working sets for the workout were as follows:

Nautilus pullover 1
Hammer Strength reverse pulldown 1
Flex seated cable row 1
Flex Leverage row 1
Hammer Strength pec Delt reverse fly 1
BodyMasters t bar shrug 1
Arsenal Strength posterior chain 1

Coached the following intensity techniques in his training today: forced reps, rest-pause, drop sets and overloaded negatives

Looking forward to working with this big kid for a Blood and Guts leg day before his return to Brazil!

Chest and abs for a Saturday session here in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym

Incline Smith on the Flex Smith hitting 2 plates per side for the first time in a couple of years. Felt good! Down sets at 185 and 135 for good measure

Arsenal Strength plate loaded incline has become a new favorite due to adjustability and shoulder preservation. Made it up to plate and a quarter today!

Flat DB fly, actually like 5 degree fly. Up to 35 pounds per hand today

Decline Hammer Strength press to a plate and a quarter also today

Universal pec deck to finish off. Love this piece!

Icarian an crunch continues to be a favorite of mine as well

Overall productive day moving things forward!
