Codependency doesn’t always look unhealthy… sometimes it looks like being the “strong one,” the helper, or the one who always shows up for everyone else.

But if you’re constantly:
• Putting others’ needs before your own
• Feeling responsible for how others feel
• Avoiding conflict to keep the peace
• Basing your worth on others’ approval
…it might be more than just being “caring.”
Healthy relationships allow space for both people to have needs, feelings, and boundaries.
You deserve to be supported too—not just the one holding everything together.

Still taking this one in… what an honor 🤍

Thank you to Southeastern University’s MSW Program for naming me Field Instructor of the Year. It truly means so much to be recognized for something I care deeply about—pouring into the next generation of clinicians.

We were so blessed to have Yaneily with us this past year as one of our interns. Watching her grow, show up for her clients, and step into her confidence has been such a gift. This work is hard, but walking alongside passionate, purpose-driven students like her makes it incredibly rewarding.

Grateful for the opportunity to teach, lead, and continue learning through each student that walks through our doors 💛

POV: You’re doing everything to “manage stress”… but nothing is actually changing.
Breathing exercises help—but they won’t fix:
• Overcommitting
• People-pleasing
• Lack of boundaries
• Emotional overload
Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is stop adapting to what’s draining you.
If you’re ready to break the cycle, we’re here to help.

Stress is part of life—but how you respond to it makes all the difference.

Small, intentional habits can help your mind and body reset:
✨ Move your body
✨ Talk it out
✨ Journal your thoughts
✨ Listen to music
✨ Practice self-care
✨ Spend time in nature

You don’t have to do everything—just start with one.

If stress is starting to feel overwhelming, therapy can help you build healthier ways to cope and feel more in control. 💛

Your body often tells you you’re stressed before your mind catches up.

If you’ve been feeling more irritable, struggling to focus, dealing with headaches, or having trouble sleeping—it may be your body signaling that it’s overwhelmed. Stress doesn’t just affect your thoughts, it shows up physically too.

Learning to recognize these signs early can help you take steps to care for your mental and physical health before burnout sets in.

If this sounds like you, it may be time to slow down, reset, and get the support you need. You don’t have to manage it alone.

There's no need to rush.

Stress is unavoidable—but how you respond to it makes all the difference.

It’s easy to fall into habits that feel good in the moment but leave you feeling more overwhelmed in the long run. Real stress management isn’t about escaping—it’s about creating rhythms that actually support your well-being.

Small, intentional choices each day can help you feel more grounded, focused, and in control.

✨ Which side do you find yourself on more often?

If you’re ready to build healthier coping strategies, support is available—you don’t have to do it alone.
