We are looking for full time employees that will work in the Kissimee/Orlando area.
Requirements: Bachelors/Masters Degree, Board Certified with documentation, Medicaid Provider Number, Able to work in Orlando and Kissimmee.
-Perform Assessments of individuals’ skill levels, behaviors, environments, and support systems
utilizing empirically validated methods (Descriptive Analysis, Analog Functional Analysis, etc.).
-Design and implement Skills Teaching and Behavior Treatment Plans based on the findings of assessments.
-Directly observe and measure individuals’ behaviors in a variety of settings and conditions.
-Train and monitor implementers of the Behavior Treatment Plans including Certified Assistant
Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), Behavior Assistants, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), parents,
teachers, and other support staff.
-Model appropriate interactions and interventions.
-Provide feedback for performance on an ongoing basis
-Evaluate and report the efficacy of Behavior Treatment Plans.
-Gather and graph data from all reporters and analyze graphed data.
-Report progress on an ongoing basis as required by various funding sources.
-Update and make changes to Behavior Treatment Plans on a regular basis or as needed (determined by data).
-Provide supervision on an ongoing basis to Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), Behavior Assistants, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) as required by both funding sources and Certification Organizations.
-Complete all Agency documentation as required.
-Maintain all documentation related to an Individual as required by Law, HIPPA, and other credentialing organizations.
