Here’s the method: 👩🏼‍🍳🍚

1 1/2 cups of leftover rice (I cooked Jasmine rice)
1 Tbsp each chili oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce (add more soy sauce if you want more flavor, I did no more than 3 Tbsp)

Combine and spread thinly on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes. Set a timer for ten, then flip rice and spread around. Then repeat timer until the rice is crispy (not chewy) but not burnt (so watch closely at the end!).
I love adding this to salads for a delicious crunch and extra flavors.
