Do I have to get undressed?
The idea of getting naked in front of a total stranger to have a massage really freaks me out.
It can be very awkward to be in your birthday suit around a total stranger. Great massage therapists go to extra lengths with draping techniques and professionalism to make the situation more comfortable, but this is often a hard no for many people.
This can be an extra barrier to self care for anyone with a history of abuse or sexual assualt.
This is where Hydromassage is breaking down barriers to self care.
The only un******ng required for a Hydromassage session is removing your shoes and coat. And don’t worry, If you get cold easily, we have cozy warm blankets right in the room to make sure you are comfortable.
Remember, Self care is healthcare.

Why call it Hydromassage if I don’t get wet?
When you hear the name Hydromassage, it sounds like you need to bring a bathing suit and beach towel to your session. I mean, it is right there in the name.
Yes, Hydromassage does use water, but you never get wet during your session. The cozy warm water used to massage you is contained in a tank and there is a special barrier sheet that allows the jets to massage you while you stay perfectly dry.
No fussing with a bathing suit or toweling off after your session.
