While we’d LOVE to share a group photo from last night, these mamas are still keeping their exciting news top secret for now 🤫

And honestly — that makes me extra excited! Because with this group, we’ve created a truly safe space for moms to come together right from conception.

So often, moms wait to share their pregnancy news (and we completely get that 💜), but that can mean missing out on precious time to build community, ask questions, and prepare for their best birth experience.

🚫 Don’t believe everything you see on the internet!

We hear it all the time — a parent or baby starts care, and they want to bring the other parent… but fear sets in because of those dramatic “twisting and cracking” videos online.

Here’s the truth: chiropractic care doesn’t have to look or sound like that. Techniques like toggle or Thompson drop use gentle adjustments where you may not feel or hear anything at all — and they work just as effectively. 💜

Every care plan is tailored to the individual. That means even if your whole family comes in together, each person may be adjusted differently.

PS: Baby and child adjustments? They look nothing like what you’ve seen online — they’re gentle, light, and designed just for little ones. ✨

I’ve had the honor of taking care of Chayse since she was just over 2 years old back when I practiced in CT. Even after I moved, she continued to get adjusted — and now that she’s in college here, I get to take care of her again. What a full-circle moment! 💜

When I asked, “Why do you make it a priority to get checked each week even with your full course load and extracurriculars?”

Monday 10/6 → 11–1 AND 3–6 pm
Tuesday 10/7 → 3–6 pm

🚪 Closed:
Wednesday 10/8 through Wednesday 10/15

✅ Regular hours resume: Thursday 10/16 (11–1 & 3–6 pm)
