"70% IPA solutions pe*****te the cell wall more completely which permeates the entire cell, coagulates all proteins, and therefore the microorganism dies. Extra water content slows evaporation, therefore increasing surface contact time and enhancing effectiveness."

This is why we have always used a 70% Isopropyl Alcohol water mixture to disinfect and clean, still do, and will continue to!

How does one solution kill viruses and bacteria on contact, and the other not at all?
