Hope you are well.

Our house has the CRUD, ICK, or whatever viral spread this is. It is not RSV, flu, or COVID. It lasts a good while. Using medicines to 'dry up your head' seems to solidify it and encourage entrance to your lungs.

Yes, Eden Energy Medicine, Acupressure, and Ear Reflexology can help clear the congestion. As a complimentary medicine, it can help you feel better as you recuperate and there has been research showing that symptoms do not last as long when integrating the techniques with traditional techniques.

This class is not a class to teach you all about each acupoint or technique so you can teach others. It is a "Let's do it" class during which we will activate head points to clear our congestion. Here I am, tapping K-27 as part of the EFT tapping sequence. I like that this meta-analysis looked at the impact of EFT immediately after EFT intervention, as well as 3 months later.
