Here I am, tapping K-27 as part of the EFT tapping sequence. I like that this meta-analysis looked at the impact of EFT immediately after EFT intervention, as well as 3 months later. EFT can be done in-person or on-line. I offer EFT interventions for others and regularly schedule myself to work with another practitioner once a month.
