🌿 Updated Lymphatic Drainage Detoxification Treatment 🌿

After attending and completing an in-depth Integrative Lymphatic Detoxification training, this deeply restorative ritual has been expanded to a 90-minute session, allowing your body the time and space it needs to truly reset, release, and restore balance.

Choose between:
🤍 Prenatal Lymphatic Drainage — a gentle, nurturing option for expecting mothers.
💧 Traditional Lymphatic Drainage — for anyone seeking deeper cleansing, detoxification, and renewal.

Your session includes:
✨ A warm castor oil pack over the abdomen (wrapped in soft cotton flannel) to comfort digestion and support the body’s natural detox pathways.
✨ Dry brushing to awaken circulation and prime the skin for lymphatic flow.
✨ Integrative reflexology, focusing on meridians and zones that guide lymph movement — including the liver, spleen, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys, small & large intestines, bladder, solar plexus, sinuses, spine, neck, throat, and chest.
✨ A nourishing lymph-moving oil blend of castor oil, h**p seed oil, grapefruit, Atlas cedarwood, cypress, and juniper — crafted to support detoxification, grounding, and energetic flow.

If you are expecting, castor oil and the warm abdominal pack will not be used, and reflexology points will be adjusted with extra care for pregnancy safety. 🤍

This treatment is a gentle invitation for your body to release, detox, reset, and return to flow. 🌙

🍂 A Friendly Fall Reminder: Seasonal Shifts & Skin Changes 🍂

As the seasons begin to change, so does our skin. It’s completely normal to notice more dryness, sensitivity, or flare-ups of conditions like perioral dermatitis, rosacea, or acne this time of year.

Our skin is constantly adapting to changes in temperature, humidity, and environment ~ and these transitions can temporarily throw its balance off. This doesn’t mean your skin is “acting up”; it’s simply adjusting and protecting itself. 🤍

Instead of reaching for harsh chemicals or peels, focus on nourishing and supporting your skin barrier with ingredients your body already recognizes. Hydrating serums, moisturizers, masks, hyaluronic acid, and holistic facials are all great ways to help restore balance and hydration.

And remember ~ what you feed your body also feeds your skin. 🌿
Whole, hydrating, antioxidant-rich, and anti-inflammatory foods can make a huge difference in supporting your skin from within during seasonal shifts.

Think:
🥕 Root vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes (rich in beta-carotene)
🥑 Healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, and flaxseeds
🥬 Leafy greens like kale and spinach for minerals and antioxidants
🍇 Fruits like blueberries, pomegranate, and citrus for a vitamin boost
🌿 Anti-inflammatory teas such as chamomile, rooibos, ginger, or green tea

Support your skin’s natural rhythm ~ not fight against it. 🍁

✨ Beyond Trends ~ Rooted in Truth ✨

My purpose and calling in this work is simple: to genuinely, authentically, and intentionally care for your skin, body, and mind.

I’m not here to chase trends or sell you what’s “in” this month. My business is not about quick fixes or fads ~ it’s about truth, tradition, support, and care that lasts.

Through years of training in holistic practices and time-honored methods, I’ve built a space where you can feel truly supported, where your whole self ~ mind, body, and soul ~ is honored.

Every treatment I give is an extension of my healing hands, my knowledge, and my heart… so that you can feel good in your skin, in your body, and in your life.

This work is not just what I do.
It’s who I am. 🩵

Did you know that jaw tension and TMJ pain aren’t always just about the jaw?

Tightness in your sternocleidomastoid (SCM) and trapezius muscles can create referred pain patterns that show up in your temples, jaw, ears, or even down into your shoulders. A big reason for this? Trigger points.

Trigger points are small, tight knots or adhesions that form within muscle fibers or connective tissue (fascia). They often develop when a muscle becomes overworked, dehydrated, inflamed, or held in tension for too long. These points can restrict blood flow, limit range of motion, and send pain or discomfort to other areas of the body~this is called referred pain.

For example, a trigger point in the upper neck or shoulder can cause pain that feels like it’s in your jaw or behind your eye, or even trigger headaches. That’s why it’s so important to address the surrounding muscle groups~not just the area where the discomfort shows up.

In my facials and massages, I often include work on the neck, shoulders, and jaw to help release these deeper layers of tension, improve circulation and lymph flow, and calm the nervous system.

✨ Releasing these areas can help:
• Ease TMJ and jaw pain
• Reduce clenching, grinding, and headaches
• Support sinus flow and lymphatic drainage
• Regulate the nervous system
• Restore deeper breath and connection to your body

Everything in the body is connected. By working with the jaw and neck, we support the whole system. 🌀🩵

What I mean by massage-driven facials is this:

I’ve been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist for nearly a decade, and my approach to skincare is deeply rooted in the healing power of touch. Every facial I offer is infused with intentional massage techniques~not just for your face, but depending on the session length, I may also incorporate hand, arm, or foot massage. This isn’t just about relaxation (though you’ll definitely feel that too)~it’s about supporting your body’s natural detox and circulatory systems.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a core part of every treatment I offer. Why? Because clearing and moving stagnant fluid supports improved blood flow, more efficient lymph movement, and encourages your skin to glow from the inside out. ✨ It also helps keep your skin clear and reduces congestion, hormonal breakouts, and inflammation~especially when paired with the right topical support.

My facials support your lymphatic system~always. ✨

While skincare products play an important role (I choose plant-based, organic lines like Botnia because they gently support the skin’s barrier and overall health), massage amplifies these benefits by increasing nutrient delivery and oxygenation to your cells~resulting in brighter, more lifted, and youthful-looking skin. 🌿🌸

These treatments are deeply grounding, nourishing, and aligned with holistic skin health. Massage is not just an extra in my facials~it’s the foundation. 💛

✨ Say hello to brighter, more balanced skin ~ gently and naturally.

Botnia’s Fade Serum is here, and it’s a total game changer for hyperpigmentation. 🌿 Powered by mandelic acid for soft exfoliation, sea algae to strengthen your barrier, and calendula to calm and restore. This serum helps your skin fade spots at its own pace, without stripping or compromising the skins barrier.

Think: radiant, even-toned skin without irritation and it’s pregnancy safe! 🕊️

✨ Did you know your vagus nerve is one of the most powerful tools your body has for healing and emotional regulation?

The vagus nerve is the main highway of the parasympathetic nervous system, often called the “rest and digest” system. It connects your brain to your heart, lungs, digestive tract, and more.

When the vagus nerve is activated (or “toned”), it helps your body shift out of fight-or-flight mode and into a state of calm, safety, and restoration.

🌿 Vagal activation can:
• Slow the heart rate
• Deepen the breath
• Soothe anxiety
• Support digestion
• Regulate emotions
• Build emotional resilience

In my massage and bodywork sessions, as well as in my holistic facials, I intentionally support vagus nerve activation through slow, rhythmic touch, breath awareness, facial and neck techniques, and grounding therapies that calm the nervous system and encourage healing from the inside out.

Breathwork, gentle massage, humming, cold therapy, and even laughter are all beautiful ways to stimulate the vagus nerve and support nervous system balance.

Your body holds the wisdom and sometimes it just needs a reminder to exhale. 💛
