Foundations of Yoga 2 is where your practice starts to feel more connected — where the pieces you’ve learned in class begin to weave together with more ease, confidence, and clarity. Over four weeks, you’ll explore the kind of skills that make yoga feel not just doable, but deeply supportive. Here’s what you’ll be working with:
• Alignment that feels natural, not forced
You’ll learn how to organize your body in a way that supports strength, steadiness, and ease — in every pose and every transition.
• Breath that actually helps you move
We’ll explore breath‑linked movement so your practice feels smoother, calmer, and more connected from the inside out.
• Transitions that build confidence
Instead of “getting through” poses, you’ll learn how to move between them with clarity and control.
• Strength you can feel in everyday life
The kind of strength that supports you on the mat and in the reaching, lifting, bending, and moving you do all day long.
• A rhythm that helps you grow

With the same teachers and the same group each week, you’ll build trust, consistency, and a deeper understanding of your practice.

Yoga has a way of showing up in your everyday life in the best possible way. You feel it when your body moves with more ease, when your breath steadies your focus, and when strength feels like support instead of strain. Whatever you love to do — on the water, on the fairway, or on the court or just moving through the small rituals of daily life — yoga supports your strength, your steadiness and the way your body meets each moment.

A group yoga series gives you something a single class can’t: a steady rhythm, a supportive community, and a clear path forward. When you show up each week with the same teachers and the same group, you build confidence, connection, and a deeper understanding of your practice.
