As we learn to balance our energy system and to heal any wounds, trauma, or burdens, our heart expands! Every time we level-up our heart then our awareness also expands. There is a direct correlation between the vibration of our heart and our level of awareness. Expanding our heart allows us to know ourselves deeper, understand why we are here, and to see a bigger picture. It also allows us to have more compassion and understanding of ourselves, others, and the Universe. Every time we level-up we are able to remember God/Source/Universe, how we are connected to the bigger picture, and what our purpose is.
