Who is this healing wonder who lives in Klamath Falls? 🪽Her name is Selena 👸🏻

One of my favorite parts of my work is building a plan for people. I use Bodytalk to do this. One of the healers I send people to is Selena Duffy.

Today I had my second powerful Reiki and breath work session with her, and it takes place in her absolutely stunning and historic parlor room, with carved wooden archways, panel walls, and a light and loving energy that she has infused.

🕯️ Selena builds a safe container for you, and then you take a journey into your own heart through your breath. She uses guided imagery and guides you, as you breathe. Sound bowls, drums, tuning forks, crystals and master level Reiki. It’s one of the most powerful session I’ve ever had.

I truly believe there is a link between emotions and disease. It’s my passion to help shift your emotions to a healthy state using homeopathics, and Chinese medicine, so that health is fully restored. If you’re familiar with Masaru Emoto and his studies on water, you know how intention affects water. Since most of our body is made from water, the words we are repeating in our minds every day affect our cells. Furthermore, the words that others have said to us, and the belief systems which we adopt about who we are, our place in the world, and how we view ourselves in that system, deeply affect our cells. Our body is always “listening”. I often have patients repeat the mantra “Thank you, I love you” as they are resting with needles. Acupuncture releases opioids and endorphins. Homeopathics and Chinese herbs shift our mental and emotional state by similar means. These medicines are meant to transform, not for you to become dependent upon it. Just like nature, the goal is to slowly, mindfully, gently, and respectfully transform the body. Never to force, push, or unnaturally affect it. In this way, slow, gentle and authentic transformation can be possible. This is healing.
