We’re excited to be out in the community this month! ⛳✨

Join us at the ForeHER Foundation 1st Annual Golf Tournament on April 26 at Knight’s Play in Apex!

We’ll be hosting a hole and offering quick, interactive mindfulness moments for golfers as they play because mental wellness matters everywhere, even on the course 💭💚

This incredible event supports a mission we love: empowering women and girls through sport, confidence, and community.

If you’re attending, be sure to stop by our hole! We’d love to connect with you!

This week, we honor Black Maternal Health Week—a time to raise awareness, amplify voices, and advocate for the health, safety, and dignity of Black mothers and birthing people.

At Renewed Strength Counseling Services, we recognize that maternal mental health is just as important as physical health. Black women are disproportionately impacted by maternal health challenges, including higher rates of complications, stress, and postpartum mental health concerns. You are not alone, and your voice, your experience, and your well-being matter.

Let’s continue to:
🖤 Listen without judgment
🖤 Advocate for equitable care
🖤 Support the whole family system
🖤 Normalize conversations around mental health during pregnancy and postpartum
