Due to the dangerously cold temperatures expected this weekend, a warming center will be available in the lobby of the K**b Noster Police Department, located at 201 N. State Street. This space is open to anyone in need of a warm, safe place to escape the extreme cold.

Hi 👋 I’m Jamie.

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for a while now, and I honestly can’t remember if I’ve ever done a proper intro, so... with it being 2026, here we are.

I focus on thoughtful, nervous-system-aware bodywork that meets people where they actually are, not where a protocol says they should be.

If you like evidence-informed work, a slower pace, and someone who’s quietly nerdy about anatomy and nervous systems, you’ll probably feel at home here.

At the core, my approach is:

Safe.
Clear communication, consent-based work, and no pressure to push through discomfort.

Unhurried.
Time is used intentionally, without rushing or abrupt transitions.

Adaptable.
The work responds to the body in front of me, not a fixed routine.
