Your cholesterol is likely a symptom… not the problem.

We need cholesterol.
Your body uses it to make hormones, vitamin D, and support brain health.

About 40% of Americans are deficient, but in our clinic, we’re seeing even more concerning numbers. We’ve had multiple patients come in this month with Vitamin D levels under 10… that’s not just “a little low”… that’s severely depleted.

The tricky part?
The symptoms are easy to brush off:

• Feeling tired all the time
• Low mood or struggling with depression
• Getting sick more often
• Muscle weakness or body aches

Over time, low Vitamin D can impact:
• Bone strength + fracture risk
• Immune health
• Inflammation
• Hormone balance
• Even long-term disease risk, including certain cancers

Here’s where it gets frustrating
Most labs will say you’re “normal” when your Vitamin D is 30… but that’s not optimal.

👉 We aim for 60–80 ng/mL for overall health and prevention.
