I am the owner of RENEW U with 24yrs as a licensed massage therapist to back my passion. As a therapist I have worked with children to the elderly, olympians to blue collar workers, chiropractors, doctors, physical therapists, trainers, and like-minded practitioners.

I do the obvious relaxation to deep tissue sessions but my passion lies in Women's Health Issues, specifically Pelvic Floor Disorders. I also have sessions for Young Athletes to help them recover their stressed/injured muscles and return to their sport. When not working with disorders I find myself enjoying sessions like a seaweed wrap, bamboo bliss, hot stone, and stretching.

I spend many hours at RENEW U to accommodate my clients needs and found myself falling in love with our downtown area. My passion and view of what our downtown could be is shared with the group I’m involved with; Knox Main Street United. The love for downtown runs deep with this group and I hope to do it proud as its President. I also attend almost every Chamber meeting to see what is going on in town, how my business can help, and where Knox Main Street United can thrive..

When I am not working or attending meetings I am busy teaching other therapists continuing education classes nationally and judging massage championships. I recently became Indiana's Massage Championship Director which has been fun, exhausting, and another passionate challenge!!

So when the weeks add additional days or the days have more hours I will probably fill them up with more massages, meetings, classes!
