This group of women is incredible.

We are all small business owners-- private practice therapists.
We are all moms.
We all have 2-3 college degrees each.
4 of the 5 are wives.
1 is a published author (and a psychologist).

Each month we meet with other women to connect over coffee and share all things life- kids, work, vacations, the hard stuff, the beautiful stuff.

Last night, we had our 3rd annual Christmas Dinner at The Walnut Kitchen.

🐾 Meet Our Furry Therapy Team: Ella & Phoebe 🐾
At Cove Mountain Counseling, healing doesn’t always look like sitting on a couch and talking — sometimes, it looks like soft ears, wagging tails, and quiet companionship.

💛 Ella and Phoebe are our beloved therapy dogs who help bring comfort, calm, and connection to our space. While they mostly work with their human Jenn Lusinger, sometimes you will find them sneaking snacks from their other humans (mostly Emma and Tina) or warming up the couches in Alison and Meghan's offices.

They don’t judge, they don’t rush — they just show up with love.
