TO ALL OUR PATIENTS, FOLLOWERS AND COMMUNITY!

Heelex and FISH Pantries are fighting hunger together this season!

While the holidays are a time of abundance for many, some of our neighbors are struggling to fill their tables.

Heelex Medical, Heelex Podiatry and Heelex Wellness are partnering with FISH Pantries to help fight hunger in our local communities. We will be collecting NON-PERISHABLE food items at both of our locations, for the month of November!

We are inviting you to join us in spreading kindness. Every can, every box, every act of giving helps someone feel seen, supported and cared for.

FISH can accept any food products that are shelf stable, unopened, and unexpired. Canned goods (especially soup) are perfect for this food drive, but you could also include dried beans, pasta, rice -- really pretty much anything. Nutrition bars, baby food, peanut butter, and tuna are among our most sought after items.

If you've been in our office recently, you might have seen a new face around the office. We are thrilled to welcome Addison Wyckoff to the Heelex team!

Addie is a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant with a passion for delivering exceptional care to her patients. A Knoxville native and proud graduate of the University of Tennessee (Go Vols! 🧡), she earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from South College.

With 3.5 years of experience in urgent care, Addie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in treating a wide range of conditions, all while staying calm under pressure. Her patient-focused approach combines clinical excellence with heartfelt communication, ensuring every patient feels heard and cared for.

Outside of work, Addie loves traveling with her husband, diving into a great book, and spending time with family and friends. She’s also a creative spirit who enjoys exploring artistic outlets in her free time.

We’re excited to see the positive impact Addie will continue to make in our patients' lives and in the Knoxville community she calls home. 💙
