Hi, I’m Emily! The founder of Pep+Rally. I am momma to a curious and chatty 3 year old, family assistant, professional nanny, doula, and yoga teacher.

I live with a rare congenital disability, called Arthrogryposis. I never thought much about being a disabled mother until I was expecting my son and realized I had no one to look to. It was terrifying to be sure. Then my son was born and while there was certainly a learning curve, I found that we were a match made in heaven. All those late nights rocking and snuggling my babe had me dreaming of creating a community for families and mothers. A village that seeks to provide traditional care for a modern time. This is where the concept of Pep+Rally was born. I’m so excited to rally around the families of East Tennessee.
