What Does GREEN P**P Mean? 💩

It might be festive today… but green stool can actually tell us a lot about what’s happening inside the body.

Here are the most common reasons stool turns green 👇

🥬 1. You Ate a Lot of Greens
Spinach, kale, chlorophyll supplements, and green food dyes can temporarily tint stool green. Totally normal!

🚀 2. Food Is Moving Too Fast Through the Gut
Bile is naturally bright green when your liver releases it to digest fats.
Normally it turns brown as it travels through the intestines.
If digestion is moving too quickly, it doesn’t have time to change color.

Possible causes:
• Gut irritation
