I received my undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio in Exercise Science and specialized in Strength and Conditioning with collegiate associated internships. I went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Physician Assistants Studies, from Marietta College in Ohio and then worked as a Neurosurgical PA in the Columbus, Ohio area. The decision to further my education took me to Blacksburg, Virginia where I attended Via Edward College of Osteopathic Medicine to receive my DO degree. Completed residency in Emergency Medicine with Board Certification.
