‼️Studies that were conducted had individuals cosume half a cup of peanuts and another group consume hald a cup of peanut butter once a day for a month!

🧑🏽‍🔬The results!? No weight was gained, peanuts are one of the best sources of a certain protein involved in fat burning in the body! 💪🏽💪🏽

🍽I like to get creative with my post workout and make my own version of post lift oats!

In the microwave for 1 minute:
80g Oats🥣
Cinnamon
Flax & Chia seeds
1 Cup of almond & cashew milk🥛
