To give our staff time to travel and prepare for the Thanksgiving holiday, Hope Neurology will be closing early at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 26.

Our office will remain closed on Thursday, November 27 and will reopen with regular hours on Monday, December 1.

🌟 A Memorable Evening at the Boyd Harvey House 🌟
We had a fantastic time at the annual Sip and Savor event hosted at the beautiful Boyd Harvey House on November 6, 2025. It was an inspiring evening supporting the Race to Erase MS, and we were thrilled to represent Hope Neurology.

📢 Attention Patients with UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage HMO & HMO/POS Plans

We want to make you aware of an important update regarding your upcoming appointments with Sibyl Wray MD Neurology PC (Hope Neurology).

📝 A Referral Is Now Required

UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage HMO and HMO/POS plans now require a referral from your Primary Care Physician (P*P) in order for you to be seen at our practice.

This referral must be submitted to both UnitedHealthcare AND our office before your scheduled appointment.

📨 Where Your P*P Should Send the Referral

🚨 Important Notes

1) Your P*P must initiate and send the referral, our office cannot obtain this for you.

2) UnitedHealthcare requires the referral to be received and approved prior to your visit.

3) If the referral is not completed and approved in time, we will not be able to see you at your appointment.

4) Instructions for how your P*P should submit the referral to UnitedHealthcare can typically be found on your insurance card.

We’re closing the office at 1:00 PM today for a highly professional team-building exercise at Topgolf. That’s right—we’re trading keyboards for clubs and emails for epic drives (or at least some wildly off-target swings).
