BUCKLE UP! It's National Seat Belt Day! 💜 Every year on November 14th, National Seat Belt Day is observed to encourage everyone to buckle up for every ride.

💡Motor vehicle crashes are a LEADING cause of death among people ages 1 to 54.
💡Seat belts reduce serious crash-related injuries and deaths by nearly HALF.

A few things to keep in mind when it comes to seat belt safety:
✨Children 12 and under should always be in the backseat. Ensure they are properly buckled up in a car seat, booster seat, or seat belt. Whichever is appropriate for their age, height and weight.
✨ Never place a rear facing safety seat in front of an air bag.
✨ Properly buckle children in the middle back seat whenever possible. This is the safest spot in the vehicle.

365 days FLEW! 👀 We are so happy to celebrate our amazing Medical Assistant, Shana whose been on our team for a whole year now! 💜

Shana is always willing to help and learn anyway that she can. She comes in with the biggest smile on her face and knows how to calm the nerves of our patients (and their families). We are so thankful to have Shana on our team and are excited to celebrate more years to come! ✨

Both of our clinic locations will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th. Our Northshore clinic will reopen on Saturday, November 29th for emergent visits.
