Congratulations to Nicole, one of our October Employees of the Month! She works in materials management and has been part of our team for 4 years. Here is what we received in her nomination:

She demonstrates incredible initiative by suggesting a new workflow, not only in the materials department, but for all departments to improve productivity and save product waste.
🌟 Nicole is a pleasure to work with. She always has a big smile and warm greeting every morning. Her storytelling draws you in and leaves you with a laugh or smile. She definitely makes the days lighter and brighter. I love working with her!
When asked for the “why” behind her work, Nicole said: “I have been with LeConte materials management since August of 2021. When asked what I love most about my job, my immediate answer is my coworkers; they are truly the best part of working here. From pranking each other to praying for one another and our families, they make the workplace fun. I could not ask for a better group of people to work with, from my own department & all the way up to administration, LeConte has the best employees around!”
