WE ALL NEED THE REMINDER!!!
Often times it feels like we're taking 2 steps forward and 1 step backwards...just remember, every single step counts. Every single step matters. With each step comes progress. Just keep taking the step.

Not everything that hurts is meant to break you.
Some storms exist to teach you strength.
To remind you what you’re capable of when nothing feels certain.

The Turtle Theory

The turtle never hurries.
It moves with quiet certainty —
one step, one breath, one moment at a time.

That’s the Turtle Theory.
You don’t need speed to make progress.
You need direction, patience, and consistency.

Because rushing leads to burnout.
But steady effort builds strength.

Every small movement counts —
even when it feels too slow to matter.

Keep moving.
Not fast.
Just forward.

It's so important to be kind and respectful of others. Why?
Let me explain the definition of something to you.
Triggers = external or internal stimuli that evoke a strong emotional or psychological response, often related to past experiences, trauma, or mental health conditions. They can be anything from sights, sounds, smells, or feelings to specific people, places, or situations, and can cause intense feelings like anxiety, panic, or sadness that feel disproportionate to the present moment. For those with trauma histories, triggers can lead to flashbacks or a re-experiencing of the traumatic event

We may not understand everyone, but that doesn't mean we can't find kindness. ❤️

Joy is a deep feeling of happiness, peace, or delight - often more lasting and internal than excitement.
It's the quiet, steady warmth that can exist even when life isn't perfect.
