We are excited to share that Functional Pathways is growing again!

Our team has expanded into eight new locations in Missouri and Virginia, allowing us to serve even more residents, teams, and communities with high-quality therapy services.

We are excited to share that Functional Pathways has expanded our partnership with Pacific Retirement Services, a national nonprofit senior living organization serving more than 7,000 residents across 14 life plan communities.

After partnering with two PRS communities earlier this year, we are honored to now provide therapy services across nine additional communities in Oregon, Texas, Washington, Arizona, California, and Wisconsin.

Our teams began physical, occupational, and speech therapy services on December 1. We are grateful for the opportunity to support PRS in their people-first approach to care and to help residents live their lives, their way.
