This week, we wrapped up our first Welcome Experience Concierge practicum.

This hands-on training focused on one core idea: every person who joins our team deserves to feel like they belong from day one.

Our WEC team spent time learning the Functional Pathways Way, walking through real-life scenarios, and building the skills needed to support new hires in a meaningful way. From Functional Fundamentals to real conversations, they showed up ready to learn and committed to making a difference.

We are proud of this group and the role they play in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every new team member!

Last month, members of our corporate team traveled to Ohio to meet with our field teams in person. We shared updates, answered questions, and had the chance to connect face-to-face with the team members who are making a difference in the lives of our Ohio patients.

While we were there, we had the honor of presenting the Golden Watermelon Award to Ben W.

The Golden Watermelon is the highest customer service honor at Functional Pathways, given to team members who provide unparalleled service to their profession, their coworkers, and their community. Congratulations Ben! Well deserved!

Thank you to everyone who made time for us while we were there. We're already looking forward to more visits in the future!

Nothing like a little friendly competition to celebrate the season.

At Christian Village of Mt. Healthy, opening day for the Cincinnati Reds means more than baseball. It means community, connection, and a little wiffle ball rivalry. Each year, residents and team members come together for a guys versus gals game, complete with energy, laughter, and even a visit from the Reds mascots.

This year, members of the therapy team joined in on the fun, including Colleen Mabley, PTA, Brooke Stephens, PTA, Zach Tillotson, SLP, and Melissa Lyon, COTA and Director of Therapy.

Moments like this are a reflection of what strong partnerships look like in practice. Christian Village of Mt. Healthy continues to create an environment where therapy is not just included, but fully integrated into the life of the community.

Because the best outcomes happen when care, connection, and culture all come together.
