NHC Pace Farragut is East Tennessee's Premier Assisted Living Facility with Rehab, Respite, Assisted Living, and Memory Care options located right on our campus. In our Assisted Living Center, residents can continue to live an enjoyable lifestyle in an elegant, comfortable environment in their own spacious apartments. In the Rehab Center, patients will receive a range of specialized rehabilitation and health care services based on their desires and needs.
