September 2025 Athlete of the Month - Abbee Summers 🙌🏼

Abbee is a 5am staple around these parts. As a busy wife, mother, aunt, and business owner, she values the importance of finding an hour to better herself! And if you can’t find Abbee working out in class, you may find her in a corner helping our members with an injury because she’s awesome like that!

Q : What is your two favorite movements?
A : GHDs and anything with a dumbbell 💪🏻

Q : What is your go-to hype song?
A : Animal or Corduroy by the greatest band of all time, Pearl Jam

Q : What is your favorite aspect of CrossFit Kokomo?
A : Walking into this CrossFit Kokomo wasn’t just about pushing myself physically and mentally, for me it was about finding support and a community and a sense of belonging. The coaches are so inspiring and empowering and celebrate your accomplishments alongside you.
