✨ Last day love for Cassie! ✨

Time really does fly! Today we’re celebrating Cassie as she closes this chapter and steps into her next one as a Registered Nurse 🎓🩺

Here’s what she had to say about her time at Team; “Team Rehab has supported my growth and turned me into who I am today. I’m so thankful for the memories, experience, and lessons everyone has given me. I’ll miss everyone—patients and staff—but I’m excited to start my career as an RN. Hopefully I won’t see anyone here again… unless it’s not as a patient!”

We are so proud of you, Cassie, and grateful for everything you’ve brought to our clinic. You’re going to be an incredible nurse, and this is only the beginning. 💙✨

🏋️‍♂️ Workout Wednesday is back!
It’s been a minute, but Nick is kicking things off with a great lateral strength move: side stepping. This simple exercise helps improve hip stability, glute strength, and overall lower-body control—perfect for anyone rehabbing or looking to feel stronger in daily movement.

🍂 Holiday Hours Reminder
Team Rehab will be closed November 27–28th for Thanksgiving.
We will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, December 1st.

Today we celebrate David on his last day with us at Team Rehab! 🎉 Over the past 1.5 years, he’s been a valuable part of our clinic and while we’re sad to see him go, we’re so excited for what’s ahead. David will be starting his DPT program at the University of Dayton in Ohio, and we couldn’t be prouder!

“As I wrap up this chapter, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Team Rehab and everyone I’ve had the privilege of meeting along the way. Your guidance, support, and encouragement have made a lasting impact on me—both personally and professionally. Every step of this journey has helped lay the foundation for a successful future in physical therapy, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the experiences, lessons, and friendships I’ve gained. I truly look forward to coming back after school to continue learning and growing with such an amazing team. Thank you for being a part of it, Go Flyers!!”
