Visitor restrictions are in effect starting Monday, December 22 to help prevent the spread of respiratory infections, like the flu. If you're planning a visit at one of the Community Health Network hospitals or Cancer Centers, please ensure the following guidelines are met:
✅ No visitors under age 18
✅ Visitors are to be limited to patient’s immediate family or as identified by patient
✅ No more than two visitors at a time per patient
✅ Visitors must wear masks in patient rooms when requested
✅ Those with respiratory symptoms may not visit

We were honored to host an awards ceremony this week to recognize first responders from multiple departments for their actions in providing exceptional care in an especially difficult trauma situation. The ceremony recognized the efforts of KPD Officer Justin Macky, KFD Firefighters Jeremy Hillis, Sheldon Hardy, and William Miller, Howard County 911 Dispatcher Tanya Paquet, Community Howard Paramedics Kristen Pierce and Arienna "Ren" Ewing, and Luthern Air medical personnel Lynnze Martin and Christopher Valentine.

We want to congratulate Community Howard paramedics Kristen and Ren, as well as all of those involved in this patient's care. We're proud to serve this community alongside all of the dedicated first responders in this community.
