Finish out 2025 with some inner peace! Yoga tomorrow at 5:30 pm, located at TraPoga studio upstairs at Sunspot Natural Market - Kokomo.

Cost is $12 or 5/$55
Mats and blocks available if you need them.

Classes are hatha yoga, focusing on slow, mindful movements with the breath, promoting alignment, strength, and flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques to let tension melt away. Asana (poses)are performed standing or seated on the mat. Perfect for beginners and all levels. Take an hour for yourself to just be, move your body and clear your mind.

Classes start this Tuesday! Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class as we will get started right at 5:30. (Please no late arrivals.) Class will last approximately 1 hour.

If you are new here, my classes are perfect for the beginner and all levels. No comparison to your neighbor and modifications are offered.

Mats and blocks are available for use if you don’t have your own. Sign ups are not required but I would love to know if you plan to make it to class.

February yoga class schedule! Don’t forget this is the first week of the month so class is on Wednesday this week. The rest of the month classes will be on Tuesday. Also, if you need to borrow a mat, blocks or strap, I have extra! Bring a large towel or small blanket. Dress in comfy clothes that allow you to move easily.
