Dear friends and valued clients,

After much reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close The SpotFrequencySpaandWellnessCenter. While recent events have been deeply challenging and based on a FALSE accusation, I am choosing to move forward with peace in my heart and gratitude for the many beautiful souls I’ve met through this journey.

Over time, this space has been filled with healing, growth, and light—and that energy doesn’t disappear. It continues in each of you who have supported, learned, and shared your stories here. For that, I am endlessly thankful.

Though this chapter is closing, the greater mission of healing and awakening will always live on in new forms and new spaces. Please carry the love, grounding, and frequency of all we’ve built together into your next steps.

To those who have heard or believed things that are not true,

I understand how easily stories can spread and how convincing misinformation can sound. While it’s painful to be on the receiving end of something false, I hold no anger in my heart—only hope that truth and clarity will find their way to everyone in time.

I’ve always led my life and my work with honesty, love, and the intention to help others heal. That hasn’t changed. We are all human, and we all make choices based on what we know in the moment. My only wish is that we each continue to seek truth with open hearts and compassion for one another.

No rumor or accusation can erase the real healing, connection, and growth that took place here. I’m deeply grateful to those who stood by me and to those who have learned from this experience in their own way.

May peace, truth, and healing prevail.

After hearing from many of my clients about their energy struggles lately, I felt very called to make this post.

November’s energy is truly powerful and transformative right now. Many of us are noticing heightened emotions, feeling unusually tired, or called to pause and reflect in ways we haven’t before. The cosmos is nudging us to slow down, surrender, and clear out emotional clutter, making space for new clarity and healing.

As Scorpio energy reigns and several planets move in retrograde, life can feel like it’s moving through water—inviting deeper honesty, shadow work, and radical self-acceptance.
