Lifewater Ranch is my gift to others to assist the sick in healing, to make lasting memories for families, to and to share the peace of nature with all.

We cater to groups from 1 to about 20 and do weddings as well. See our website! Lifewater Ranch is a 160 acre ranch located near Kooskia Idaho which is off of highway 12 between Lewiston and Missoula. It is primarily a vacation home for rent with the goal of becoming a natural health educational facility featuring herbs, exercise, relaxation and good food. Its a home of exceptional quality in an area of exceptional natural wildlife and plant species. It combines the convenience and amenities of a nice home with the privacy and options of a private estate. We continue to improve the property for the enjoyment of families and private parties in need of a relaxing atmosphere with loads of options to try should you want to.

So here at Lifewater Ranch I, my wife, Dr. Heston and a guy named Jake are doing dry fasting. My wife hopes to do 5 days, Jake and Heston are thinking of going for 7 days and I am shooting for 11 days. This will be my 4th dry fast and my second 11 day one. I am at around the 31 hour point in the fast and this is the hardest part to get through....

We got to have the Wilcoxon's with us for a couple of weeks this September. Luna creamed me in checkers and Rand played chess with me a few times and one in the hot tub! They worked hard cleaning up the upper south fence line and helped Kim paint some bathrooms. They, and our other wwoofers this year also enjoyed Kims great cooking....

Radical? Yes, but... it is becoming a very popular therapy for many ailments. Dr. Mark Heston and I decided to do a dry-fast event at Lifewater Ranch. We ended up with just one paying participant and another that was a friend of Mark's who got a break on the cost. Our paying guest, Katchi, did a full 3 day dry-fast and took a pause for a day with water and then extended her fast another day....

Due to me getting married to Kim back in April o 2021, things have changed here. Because the house now contains all of Kim's things and becasue there are now two of us living here, it has become impossible to rent the whole-house out to guests. It's May 15th 2021 and a neighbor of mine just a few miles from the ranch is having his annual Clearwater International Airport Fly In. My neighbor's son apparently works for the FAA and invites his pilot buddies to gather for a nice BBQ and land at his 1100 foot long air strip. Several planes opted for another private strip nearby that was easier to land on but two brave fixed wing plane pilots managed to land there and one helicopter guy came as well....

It's been a pretty rough winter this year with almost 2 feet of snow and some power losses but all of a sudden, Spring has sprung and the sun is now raining its warmth onto us each day. This year has been a bumper year for most all kinds of fruit in the Northwest. Unfortunately, because of the evil Covid-19, many you-pic orchards are closed. In light of this situation, I thought it would be cool to have a one-day-only harvest time for families or individuals. We have our own small manual apple press and a few apple trees that I estimate could yield no less than 10 gallons of cider. [ 175 more words ]
