At Paradigm at Kountze, we truly are more than coworkers — we are family. When our Director of Nursing’s husband suddenly became ill and was hospitalized twice, our team immediately came together in love and support. Through fundraisers, donations, and countless prayers for his healing, we rallied around their family during this difficult time.
Today we had the honor of blessing them as he continues his recovery at home over the next 12 weeks, and it was such a joyful and emotional moment. We are so proud of our team’s heart, generosity, and the way they show up for one another. This is what family looks like. 💙

We had a wonderful time celebrating our annual Thanksgiving Dinner with our residents and their families! The food was absolutely delicious, and the fellowship was even better. We are so thankful for everyone who came out and for all of our staff and volunteers who helped make this night so special. 🦃🍂 Thank you for being part of our family!

At Paradigm at Kountze, we are beyond proud of our resident Marvin Woods, who is courageously learning to walk on two prosthetic legs!
Marvin has faced more roadblocks than most, but he never gave up. His determination, strength, and positive spirit inspire our staff and fellow residents every single day. We are honored to be part of his journey and to celebrate every step forward alongside him.
Way to go, Marvin! Your Paradigm family is cheering you on always! 💙
