Our Administrator, Victoria Fulgham, Saul Gauthier Paradigm DBD, Grant Coffman of Adaptive Home Care along with Crystal Demmon of Option Care Health hosted a networking lunch at Chipotle in Houston, Texas. We welcomed the case managers and nurses from the surrounding Houston hospitals. Baylor, St. Lukes, Houston Methodist, etc. It was a great day! Thanks to everyone who attended!

✨Special Visitor Spotlight
We are so blessed to have the sweetest and most spunky visitor, Kelly Jane, who continues to brighten the lives of our residents in such a special way.
Kelly Jane’s dad was once a resident here, and although he passed away three years ago, she still chooses to come back and spend time with our residents. That kind of love and loyalty is truly rare and so meaningful.
Her lively presence brings so much joy into our building — she walks in with her upbeat energy, her fun personality, and often with unexpected treats that make everyone’s day a little sweeter. The residents absolutely adore her, and you can’t help but smile when she’s around!
Kelly Jane, thank you for continuing to show up, for bringing laughter, and for carrying on your dad’s legacy of living life with jokes, joy, and a whole lot of heart.

Paradigm at Kountze was honored to host a memorial service celebrating the beautiful life of Sue Whittington.
It was truly touching to see our community come together as friends, family, and loved ones gathered to share memories, tell stories, and pay tribute to a life so well lived. Sue was one of those rare people who left an imprint on everyone she met. Her kindness, joy, and friendship filled every room she entered.
She is deeply missed, but her spirit and the love she gave so freely will never be forgotten.
Rest peacefully, Sue. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. ❤️

Success story❤️

Today we are excited to share that Mr. Hoffman has successfully completed his rehabilitation stay at Paradigm at Kountze and is returning home!
We are so proud of the progress he has made and the hard work he put in each day to reach this goal. Mr. Hoffman had such a gentle spirit and brought kindness and positivity to everyone around him.
While we are thrilled to see him moving forward and back where he belongs, he will truly be missed by our staff and residents.
Mr. Hoffman, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. We wish you continued strength, health, and happiness at home! 🏡
