We had such a wonderful time at the Annual Night Light Parade on Saturday, December 6! Seeing so many of our patients, families, and neighbors come out to celebrate truly filled our hearts. 💛🎄

Coughing is your body’s way of clearing your airways — but if it sticks around too long, it might be time to check in! 🤧

   •   Stay hydrated 💧
   •   Use honey or warm tea to soothe your throat 🍯☕️
   •   Run a humidifier to keep the air moist 🌬️
   •   Avoid smoking or strong scents 🚫
   •   Rest and give your body time to heal 😴
