I want to remind you, today and every day, that you are amazing and you are enough!

What is there that we cannot do or haven’t already done? We carry so much of our own and of others’, with strength and grace. 💪

So today (and really every day) take a moment. Place a hand over your heart, take a deep breath and be grateful for YOU. Be proud of how far you’ve come and that you continue to move you forward.
