Poetry Pause: Seeds in Bloom 🌼
What was planted in the quiet of winter is starting to bloom. This is a space for writing, reflection, and sharing in a warm, supportive environment. Join us as we honor spring equinox for guided meditation, herbal tea ritual, writing prompts with time to create, open poetry sharing (optional)
No experience needed, just come as you are.
Bring a journal and if you’d like, a mug for tea.
Let’s gather and give voice to what’s beginning to open.
A Cup of Awakening (a circle we’ve been holding monthly) 🌻
April’s peaceful and restorative circle will be focused on the awakening after renewal while honoring the spring season and what is blooming and awakening with you.
Join us for an herbal tea ritual, guided meditation focused on awakening within, an open share (always optional) and oracle card guidance.
Bring your journal and an open heart as we navigate this new and opening season.
