Over the is I've built up my fasting stamina. It didn't start like that, far from it.
And I've had the biggest challenges with the sugar demons and the granolin growls.
I first noticed a huge shift in my high altitude hiking was much improved: when I had fasted the day before and during the hike. Go figure.
And just the other day, I completed my first time 4 day fast.
Day four was a breeze.
I could have gone 5 days.
Next time.
So pace your fasting windows, just like exercise, don't overdo it each day, and some days get out of your comfort zone.
Get busy, create a long list and work on it. You'll be amazed.
No kitchen time, more production time.
