It is important to note that actual whole food is 100% always going to be better for you if it is clean and prepared properly! However there are infinite reasons why someone might need protein over whole food for example: on the job moving all day etc. Hitting your daily macro nutrients is very important to not only your health, but muscle gains and fat loss!
