Well, our plan to reopen today, January 18th, on the New Moon didn't quite pan out due to an unforeseen circumstance~ the transition of my beloved 23-year-old familiar, Rainy cat, on the 3rd of January. This works out in perfect alignment and our new date is Sunday, February 1st, on the feast of Imbolc!

Imbolc is an ancient Celtic Wheel of the Year festival marking the midpoint between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, with the promise of light, warmth and rebirth. It's also a day in honor of the goddess Brighid, who rules Fire, Craft and Healing. Bees are sacred to her and on this day, our new honeycomb and rose ceiling will be revealed!

And underneath this sacred honeycomb and rose ceiling we will dance a yoga flow that I am calling "Sacred Hearth Flame" to stoke our own inner fire for inspiration, creativity, nourishment and protection.

We are closed for ❄️Holiday Break❄️ from December 17- January 18!

I will be busy installing a ceiling and some insulation in the 🏵️🌹Honey Rose studio🌹🏵️, wrapping poles in soft velvet, and designing our brand new ✨Alchemy✨ somatic, grounded, chronic pain and hypermobility-safe pole sessions!

Our 🎊Grand Re-Opening🎊 will be on Sun, Jan 18th for the New Moon with our 🌑Dark Moon Dream🌑 restorative session at 6:30 pm!

🌹✨ Hello beautiful community~ Jessa Brooke here!

I’m writing with a heartfelt update: Embodhi is evolving into Honey Rose Movement Studio. This rebrand reflects not only a new name, but a deeper alignment with the women I serve~ especially those navigating hypermobility, hEDS, and Fibromyalgia.

As someone who lives with these conditions myself, this journey has been personal. It’s led me to create a sanctuary where movement is not just safe~ it’s therapeutic, strengthening, and deeply supportive.

We’re now more intentionally weaving in the missing links~ elements we’ve always subtly honored at Embodhi, but which will now take center stage. These keys are most often overlooked in traditional fitness *and* in the medical community treating those managing chronic pain conditions:

🍯 Fascia-focused movement through our spirals, undulations, waves, and circles. This is the honey (a gentle, sweet balm).

🌹 The Five Universal Principles of Alignment from Anusara yoga, crucial for joint support, biomechanical integrity, deep core strength, pelvic floor balance, and pain relief. This is the rose (optimal structure, pelvic floor balance).

This is what makes Hunny Rose Movement so unique~ it began with our focus on pelvic floor health and sacred feminine embodiment, and has blossomed into a deeply supportive practice offering a blend of keys that you just can't get anywhere else.

Our sessions aren’t changing drastically~ they’re simply becoming more attuned. More informed. More supportive. More sacred.

At Honey Rose, we don’t just exercise~ we spiral, undulate, align, and attune to bring strength, pleasure and stability to our joints, core, and pelvic floor.

🕯️🕯️🕯️🌑Dark Moon Candlelight Restore🌑🕯️🕯️🕯️

Welcome to the New Moon in Scorpio!

Join us for our Candlelight Restorative Yin session this Sunday at 6 pm to reset and renew, and prepare for the month ahead. I have a beautiful session in store for you, and Scorpio is the epitome of new beginnings!

Scorpio is all about transformation and alchemy, the shadow self, digging deep within to discover what we truly want and making it happen. As a Water sign, Scorpio signifies the deep emotional and spiritual realms, embodying the flow and changing tides of life and death. Scorpio’s symbolism is a powerful reminder of the spiritual journey of transformation, the constant death of the old self, and the rebirth into a new, more enlightened self. This sign’s association with mystery, transformation, and intuition accentuates its spiritual significance. Scorpio, in spiritual terms, signifies the process of transformation and self-discovery. This is a call for personal growth and improvement, a journey towards becoming the best versions of ourselves. Moreover, the Scorpio is also associated with the mythical Phoenix, known for its cyclic regeneration, symbolizing rebirth and new beginnings.

We'll be embracing and exploring these themes throughout this cycle in our SacredCore and Embodhied Somatic Movement sessions, and I can't wait to share and dance with you!

But first, let's release and restore, clear our minds so we can hear our intuition, gently stretch and relax our bodies within soft candlelight, a beautiful soundbath, and renewing aromatherapy.
