Get to know Dr. Bedgood……a native Austinite, and UT undergrad and medical school graduate, she loves spending time watching her Longhorns. She believes everyone has a different path to health but places a high priority on movement, clean diet, quality sleep, hormone balance and enjoying life. She enjoys being outside with her family, chickens and cows (even in the heat), lifting heavy things and running even when not being chased.
