🐰🌷 A Big Thank You to Our Community! 🌷🐰

We want to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has already donated candy and Easter eggs for our Annual Easter Egg Hunt on April 3rd! Your generosity is helping us create a fun and memorable day for our residents, families, and children from across our community.

With over 300 attendees expected, we are still welcoming additional support to help make this event even more special.

Our volunteer Easter Bunnies have been hard at work creating a festive donation box for the community to fill with easter candy, trinkets and or plastic eggs!

🐰🌷 Community Vendors & Volunteers — We Need Your Help! 🌷🐰

The Philomena Assisted Living & Dementia Care is excited to co-host our Annual Easter Egg Hunt with Prairie on the Creek on April 3rd, and we are expecting 300+ attendees this year!

This special event brings together our residents, families, and neighbors from Kyle and surrounding communities for a fun-filled day of connection, laughter, and Easter traditions. Our goal is to make this year’s celebration even more memorable for everyone involved.

We are currently looking for community partners, vendors, and volunteers to help make the event extra special by:

🎯 Sponsoring a game or activity station
🎨 Hosting a kids activity or craft table
🍬 Donating prefilled plastic Easter eggs
🥚 Donating empty plastic eggs
🍭 Donating individually wrapped candy
✨ Donating small trinkets for eggs
🎉 Donating cascarones
🙋 Volunteering to help during the event

One of the sweetest parts of this event is that we are putting together a group of our residents to act as the Easter Bunnies, helping fill the eggs with candy and trinkets for the neighborhood kids. It’s a wonderful multi-generational activity that truly captures the spirit of community.

🐰🌷 Kyle & Surrounding Communities — We Need Your Help! 🌷🐰

The Philomena Assisted Living & Memory Care is hosting our Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Friday, April 3rd, and we are expecting a wonderful crowd of residents, families, and community children!

To help us create a magical day filled with smiles and surprises, we are asking for community donations of:

🥚 Plastic Easter eggs (pre-filled preferred, but empty eggs are absolutely appreciated!)
🍬 Individually wrapped candy
🎉 Cascarones
✨ Small trinkets that fit inside eggs

Every donation helps us fill hundreds of eggs and bring joy to children of all ages while creating special multi-generational memories with our residents.

💛 Want to be even more involved?

That’s why The Philomena and Kyle Area Senior Zone are hosting Aging with Grace, a 3-part educational series designed for adult children navigating memory changes, diagnoses, care options, and planning ahead.

Whether you’re just starting to notice changes… or already walking through difficult decisions… this series is for you.

What an incredible evening filled with laughter, music, beads, and so much joy! Our residents and their families truly brought the Mardi Gras spirit to life. From festive decorations to sweet treats and plenty of dancing, the room was full of smiles all night long.

Seeing everyone come together to celebrate, connect, and make memories is what Family Night is all about. Thank you to all the families who joined us and helped make this celebration so special.

We’re already looking forward to the next one!

We had the sweetest Valentines suprise! 💌💕

Students from Simon Middle School dropped off handmade Valentine’s Day cards for our residents, and let me tell you… they were absolutely PRECIOUS! 🥰

Our residents were so touched by the thoughtful messages, colorful designs, and kind words. There’s something so special about seeing different generations connect in such a heartfelt way. The smiles in the room said it all!

Thank you to the students and staff at Simon Middle School for spreading love and brightening our community. You truly made our day! ❤️✨
