It’s Earth Day 🌎

A good reminder that our health is connected to the world around us—fresh air, clean water, real food, and time spent outside.

It doesn’t have to be complicated. A short walk, planting something simple, choosing whole foods… small choices add up over time.

Take a few minutes today to step outside and reset.

We’ve added something new to the clinic… 📚

Our community library is officially up and running—with books for all ages! Whether you’re waiting for an appointment or just stopping by, feel free to grab a book, take a break, or leave one to share.

Huge thank you to the Highland Junior High students and the Junior High Student Council for donating many of the books—such a thoughtful way to give back to the community.

We’ll be closing at noon on Thursday (4/23) and closed all day Friday (4/24) to celebrate.
