Today is PANS/PANDAS awareness day.

As a clinic that helps to diagnose and provide support and treatment for this condition in children and young adults — I find it extremely important to point out that a vast amount of kids diagnosed with autism and OCD and other mental health disorders may actually have PANS/PANDAS.

I should know…. I am a mother with a child with this.

These 2 organizations are helping to get the information out to parents and schools/teachers.

What you can do to start helping your child:

Food dye free
Add Omega Fish Oil
Consider NAC
Remove processed foods (go to anti-inflammatory diet)
Consider LDN (low dose naltrexone)
….. and find a functional medicine provider.

If you received an email from Hint about updating card on file this is a glitch. Hint just recently updated their system to be a self servicing entity with their own credit/debit card processing. A message went out to all current and former members if an outdated card is on file.

If you are a current member you should be set unless we reach out to you.

If a no longer a member:
Your membership is not and has not been active and you can disregard the email they sent you. It was an automated process.

And this is going to be a fun a couple of days of a a thousand emails and messages. Yay me!!!

Wrapped up LU Middle School sports exams earlier today. (Flew to a town meeting for Emergency Management Commission followed by my kiddos school open house, dinner and then backpack prep for first day of school tomorrow at 8am!! Busy day! … so yeah …. Late post 🤪)

Great turn out at LU Middle school for sports exams today!! The final school for fall! Spring is just around the corner and we have been asked to come back to several schools for Spring and make this a biannual event.

140 Sports Physicals at 50% off our normal rate in 4 days at 4 schools over 2 weeks. So much fun!! My staff and students had such a fun time!
