It was a busy week here at OPT with two amazing talks and community engagement events!

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸผWe had a fun and engaging group of new mamas talking and sharing about return to intimacy during the postpartum transition. Our intern Maya even got to hold her first baby EVER! Thank you La Crosse Mom Baby Support Group for having us back! We canโ€™t wait for next time!

๐Ÿง˜ We also joined the A-MAZING The Pilates Studio LLC for a Pelvic Health + Pilates workshop and had a SOLD OUT HOUSE! Thank you to all who joined and we canโ€™t wait to see you again for our next one!

O'Brien Physical Therapy & Wellness wishes Dr. Pat a very Happy Birthday today!!

Pat Grabowski specializes in Orthopedic and Sports Rebab and teaches at UW-La Crosseโ€™s Doctor of Physical Therapy program when he is not at O'Brien Physical Therapy & Wellness.

He loves that physical therapy is a โ€œscientific artโ€ โ€” he blends his physiological knowledge and problem solving abilities to create the best care plan for each and every patient!

Outside of work, Pat is an avid skier and enjoys being out in nature with his wife and two teenage daughters!

We love working with Pat, and his patients do too!

This amazing group is lead by the lactation nurses at Mayo and is open to the public - such an amazing resource in our community!
