Root Down Yoga Studio was born on 11-11-2011, becoming La Crosse’s first hot yoga studio. We invite you to become part of our community, regardless of age, ability or experience. Our classes are sweaty, fun, challenging and designed to help you quiet your mind by tuning into your body and breath. Our highly trained teachers will give you the concrete tools you need. We know that if you can learn to focus your mind in a yoga class, you can learn to do that off your yoga mat too- no matter what life hands you. $30 for 30 days will get you on your way to a consistent practice. We know and trust that this practice will give you unique and portable gifts to live your best life! Our teachers will guide you and support you to reach your highest potential.
