I took a yoga class one day… and walked past a sculpt class happening in the next room.

I remember thinking:
I want to take that class.

So I did.

The heat.
The energy.
The music.
The strength.

I walked out feeling powerful.

On fire.

After a few classes, I caught myself thinking:
I don’t just want to take these classes.

I want to teach them.

So I did.

And helping others feel that same spark...

That changed everything for me.

Then life brought me to La Crosse.

And I wanted this experience to be HERE.

Form & Fire is my way of bringing that “on fire” feeling to the Coulee Region.

Our classes are music-driven, high-energy, and taught in a heated studio designed to challenge and empower every client who walks through the door.

Form & Fire is built for real life: you can coach, inspire, and be part of the studio while still teaching around your own schedule.

We’re looking for:
🔥positive, reliable, high-energy personalities
✅ no previous teaching experience needed

We’ll teach you everything from coaching cues and programming to class flow, presence, and confidence on the mic.
