Western Skies Wellness Center Announcement

Dear Valued Patients,

Western Skies Wellness Center (WSWC) wishes to inform you of an important transition
within our practice. We announce that Leon Ross Aylett, NP, will be stepping away from
WSWC, effective December 31, 2025. We are grateful for Ross’s dedication and care to our
patients over the years. Ross wishes to express that it has been a pleasure getting to know
each of you, and he extends his heartfelt best wishes to all his patients and to WSWC as he
moves forward.
We are thrilled to welcome Linda Chernoff, NP, who will be taking over Ross’s role. Linda is
an excellent fit for WSWC, bringing her expertise, compassion, and commitment to patient
care. We are confident that she will continue to uphold the high standards of care you
expect from our practice.
Thank you for your continued trust in Western Skies Wellness Center. We look forward to
supporting your health and well-being with Linda Chernoff, NP, and our dedicated team.
If you would like to continue your care with WSWC, you do not need to take any action. If
you would like to transfer your records, please sign a records release and your records will
be available to you within 30 days from the date of your records release.
